Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.

Processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, your tracking link will show the carrier's current estimate. We do not promise a delivery date we cannot control, so if anything looks wrong, email us and we will chase it.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. Your tracking link arrives by email at dispatch. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

If something goes wrong

Carriers occasionally run behind. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch email, contact us at info@naiela.com with your order number and we will chase it or replace it.

Wrong or incomplete address

We can only ship to the address given at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@naiela.com straight away and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
