1. Who we are

This store is operated by Naiela. "We", "us" and "our" mean Naiela. "You" means anyone using this website or buying from it. By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to price correctly, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.

4. Availability

Stock is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will refund you in full.

5. The product

The Flow Gloves are a massage tool for everyday use on the body. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant or managing a health condition, speak to your GP before starting any new massage routine.

6. Using the product safely

Use on the body only, never on the face. Strokes should be light and comfortable. Stop if anything hurts. Keep away from broken or irritated skin.

7. Returns and refunds

Covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your delivery address. How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

9. Content on this site

All text, images and design on this site belong to Naiela and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
